Product Delivered Is Big/small In Size?want A Bigger/smaller Size?

  • You can raise the size exchange request from 'My Account' section with ease or you can drop us a mail at enquiry@indiancarpetexporters.com mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece made in the new required size and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready
  • In case of size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need
  • For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time
  • In case the new required size is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable
  • You can raise the return request from 'My Account' section or drop us a mail at enquiry@indiancarpetexporters.com  mentioning that you need a STORE CREDIT for the product delivered and you will get a revert within next 24 working hours
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you
  • The product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • As soon as we get the product back, We provide a Store Credit - We add amount equal to the product value to your 'Turquoise Stitch Account'. You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us
  • Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the product back

This exchange policy is applicable only for domestic orders/orders delivered within india only. For international orders, regular returns and cancellation policy is applicable for exchange.
